Felicity Lee

Felicity is a is a chartered occupational psychologist, certified executive coach and founder Response Ability Ltd. She specialises in executive coaching, team facilitation and executive assessment and development.

Felicity is accredited in a number of psychometric tools and coaching approaches including Myers Briggs (MBTI) Step 1 and 2, 16PF, Firo-B, Wave, SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory), The Hogan Series, TKI, CTT Culture tool, 360 feedback, Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i), Appreciative Enquiry is an NLP Practitioner.

Coaching experience

Felicity has worked with senior leaders within financial services (Barclays PLC, Credit Suisse, RBS, LV, Mars Capital), oil and gas (BP), media (BSkyB, Channel 4, Freeview), retail (Selfridges, B&Q) and the public sector (NHS and NATS) on a range of challenges including culture change, leadership development, collaboration, staff engagement, vision, interpersonal effectiveness and stakeholder management. She is a member of 2 Global Leadership Faculties (BP & Barclays PLC) delivering leadership, team development and coaching globally.

Professional background

Felicity was a mentor to Richard Reed for ‘Be Your Own Boss’ in 2012 on  BBC2, panel psychologist for ‘The Apprentice – You’re Fired’ in 2006 and 2007 and on the BBC1 Documentary, “What Am I Like? The Personality Test” in 2004. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, has an MSc in Occupational Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from Leeds University.


Megan Anderson

Megan specialises in designing and delivering training and coaching solutions to enhance individual, team and organisational performance and has worked in a broad range of industries and geographies. She has 20 years experience in delivering strategic leadership development programmes and is skilled in identifying creative solutions for addressing challenging situations.

Megan is accredited in a number of psychometrics and coaching approaches including Human System Dynamics, Firo-B, DISC, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Accelerated Learning Theory and Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i).

Coaching experience

Megan has worked with leaders and teams in organisations undergoing changes such as culture change, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, outsourcing and enterprise-wide systems in a broad range of companies including Reliance Industries Limited, Tata Steel, nPower, Opsview, BNP Paribas, Unilever, BAE Systems, BP, Dow Chemical, Pfizer, Gilead, Barclays PLC, Marathon Oil and Shell. She is equally comfortable and effective working at senior and board levels as with front line employees. Her honest, direct and practical style has consistently proved very effective in facilitating positive long-term change.

Professional background

Megan has extensive international experience having lived in Africa, the USA and UK.  She has worked with diverse teams and cultures in over 20 countries addressing the many challenges of cross-cultural team-working and changes in working practices, including increasing the effectiveness of remote and virtual teams. She has a BA degree in Business Psychology and is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP
& Coaching certification.


Paula Hutchings

Paula is an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Company Director who specialises in the professional development of leaders in business. She has 20 years experience working with global organisations and conducts her work in English, Portuguese and French.

Paula is an Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach and is also experienced and accredited in the following psychometrics and coaching approaches: Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i), Myers Briggs (MBTI), Firo-B, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Resilience Questionnaire & Belbin Team Roles as well as Leornian Consulting’s own 360°feedback evaluation.

Paula has worked with clients from a range of industries including Oil & Gas (BP, Reliance Industries Limited), Telecommunications (BT), Retail (Selfridges & La Redoute International), Internet (Google), Pharmaceuticals (AbbVie & Pfizer), Banking (Barclays PLC) & Insurance (MSAmlin). She is a member of 3 Global Leadership Faculties (BP, Barclays PLC & Reliance Industries Limited) comprising top L&D experts.

Paula delivers a wide range of leadership and coaching programmes globally, enabling managers and senior executives to better engage, influence, transform teams and become inspiring leaders.

Professional background

Paula began her professional career at British Airways where she developed her expertise in Executive Development and delivered a number of high-profile global projects. She is a Director at Leornian Consulting;
a company providing leaders with inspiring and innovative learning solutions which motivate, engage and transform performance. She has an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School and B.A in French & Portuguese from Southampton University


Karen Kinghorn

Karen is a development professional with over 20 years experience within significant blue chip organisations in in the consumer goods, financial services, retail, professional services and manufacturing sectors. She specializes in the areas of leadership, coaching, team effectiveness, performance, organisation and culture change.

Karen is experienced in a range of psychometrics including Myers Briggs (MBTI) Step 1 and 2, Firo-B, SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory), TKI, Firo-B and Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i).

Coaching experience

Karen has worked with leaders at all levels in blue-chip organisations within consumer goods, financial services, oil and gas and manufacturing services. She brings deep business savvy and practical relevance to her approach. Her edge is in her ability to deepen the client’s self-awareness quickly, initiating growth in competence, confidence and business impact.

She has extensive depth working internationally across a broad range of cultures and contexts in India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and the States. As a contrast to this, she also enjoys partnering with smaller organisations in professional services, manufacturing and third sector organisations.

Professional background

Her previous career included senior organisation development roles in United Biscuits, Diageo and The Royal Bank of Scotland where she led significant cultural change, leadership development and a wide range of change programmes. She began working independently in 2006 when she created Whitestone People Development Ltd. She studied Business Studies at Heriot Watt University, is an accredited coach with AOEC and a qualified Gestalt Therapist.


Caryl Roberts

Caryl is a professionally certified coach with significant leadership development experience gained over 20 years. She specialises in individual and team change, enabling people to work through their transitions and developing their capability to do so again in the future.

She has an Advanced Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is also experienced in a range of psychometrics and coaching approaches such as Firo-B, Myers Briggs (MBTI), Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i), 16PF, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and is a licensed user for Executive Arts Transition Tools.

Coaching experience

Caryl is an engaging and experienced coach and facilitator who is committed to enabling individuals, teams and organisations achieve sustainable change. She has coached leaders from a range of industries including telecommunications, oil and gas, retail, banking and the third sector. Her client list includes Arqiva, ASOS, Barclays, B&Q, BP, Capita, Compass, Financial Ombudsman, LTA, PCUK, Sab Miller, Sinclair, TUI UK, Virgin Media, UAL, Vodafone, Winston’s Wish and Women in Sport.

Professional background

Caryl is Director at Change Dynamics, having worked previously for corporates such as BP and Vodafone and as Head of Learning and Development for TUI UK. She has an Advanced Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.


Kate Williams

Kate is a Registered Occupational Psychologist with 20 years’ experience of consulting in organisations across varied sectors in the UK and Internationally. 

She supports organisations in meeting their objectives by developing people through the application of psychology. She advises and delivers on programmes to enhance culture, team effectiveness and leadership.

Coaching experience

As a coach and group facilitator, Kate is quick to connect with people and their business issues, and creates an environment that encourages self-awareness and action.  She has coached leaders and teams in private and public sector organisations, including the FCO, Department of Health, NHS, YBS, Goldman Sachs, Sky, Allied Irish Bank, Aon and Vodafone.

Professional background

Kate completed her Masters degree in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London.  Starting her career at Ashridge Management College, she has since been employed by two leading occupational psychology consultancies and works alongside a network of highly skilled colleagues.  She is an expert in a number of leading psychometric tools and an NLP Master Practitioner.
